Be a Leader, Be a Friend, Be of Service
Alpha Phi Omega is a national coeducational service fraternity founded on the cardinal principles of leadership, friendship and service. It provides its members the opportunity to develop leadership skills as they provide service to their campus, to youth and the community, to the nation, and to members of the Fraternity.
Our members’ leadership skills are developed with many opportunities within your own chapter, such as serving as a chapter officer or planning service and social events. In addition, Alpha Phi Omega sponsors a variety of leadership development programs that offer skills applicable to the Fraternity and even in the working world.
It may not be possible to create a meaningful friendship with thousands of brothers across the nation or even with everyone in a single chapter. Our goal is to establish a sense of brotherhood through shared experiences and understanding of the fraternal history and goals.
Our service program provides many opportunities to develop social awareness, friendships, and leadership skills in the establishment of the four fields of service: to the fraternity, to the community, to the nation, and to the fraternity.
